April Pate is a native of Calhoun County and is a two time graduate of Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Masters in Education. April has served her community in the capacity of a high school educator, a real estate professional, a business owner, and a minister. April is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team, and is passionate about leadership and leadership development. She utilizes her business, April Pate Leadership Solutions, to encourage and inspire individuals and businesses by helping them to identify core strengths and weaknesses and cultivate new strategies for growth, vision, and identity.
